Lawyers, policymakers and advocates are invited to attend the 2024 Passenger Rail Law Workshop, co-hosted by the Commuter Rail Coalition (CRC) and Kaplan Kirsch LLP, Nov.7-8 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C. “This premier event offers a comprehensive two-day program designed to equip attendees with the latest legal and regulatory knowledge impacting passenger rail operations across the country,” notes CRC CEO KellyAnne Gallagher. STB Vice Chair Karen Hedlund will give the keynote address.
This year’s Workshop “features a dynamic lineup of sessions, including several new panels addressing critical and timely topics,” Gallagher says:
