In his new role, Magee will lead the AITX Transformation Group, “driving cross-functional collaboration, process innovation, and change management. With a solutions-oriented approach, he will align internal strategies to better ensure the company remains an indispensable and forward-thinking partner to its customers,” the company noted.
Magee brings leadership experience from SMBC Rail Services and TTX Company, with expertise in logistics, portfolio management, and customer operations. “His pivotal role during the integration of AITX and SMBC showcased his exceptional change management skills. At AITX, he has consistently exhibited inter-disciplinary thinking and the foresight to identify opportunities for improvement, maintaining a clear focus on the company’s long-term objectives,” according to the company.

Magee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stevenson University, a master’s in Transportation Management from the University of Denver and is participating in the Helios Strategic Leadership program.
Magee has also been named as one of Railway Age‘s 25 “Fast Trackers” for this year’s 25 Under 40 awards program.
