In-cab electronics provider Bohr Electronics has promoted Dillon Steen and Alexis Neal. Steen takes on a new sales role: manager of the onboard data systems and software product line from Central Railway MFG (CRM), the company whose assets Bohr Electronics acquired earlier this year. Neal has transitioned to Customer Support Manager.
Bohr Electronics, an Alderman Enterprises company, specializes in manufacturing and engineering systems for locomotive electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical parts and components, and data and reporting devices. Based in Chattanooga, Tenn., with a production facility in Searcy, Ark., it serves Class I, regional, short line, and passenger railroads.
As Product Manager for the CRM product line, Steen will now collaborate with customers to address their onboard data acquisition and management needs, providing sales leadership and guiding new product development. He joined Bohr Electronics in January 2022 and served most recently as Business Development Manager.
Neal will now lead the customer support team at the Chattanooga headquarters. Previously, she was Customer Support Specialist, a role she held for the past two years.
Steen and Neal “have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, embodying Bohr Electronics’ commitment to innovation and customer service,” Bohr Electronics CEO Dan Marks said. “As they step into their new roles, I am confident these organizational changes will support our efforts in next-generation onboard data system solutions and our rich history with legacy components and parts.”
