TexAmericas Center Expands Spring Creek Holdings Contract

TexAmericas Center, which owns and operates one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the U.S., has renewed its contract with Spring Creek Holdings LLC, which specializes in woodyard operations, land and timber services and rail transloading. The new agreement includes railcar storage and movement, “further enhancing TexAmericas Center’s transloading capabilities.”

As part of the ongoing transload expansion, TexAmericas Center plans to develop a designated transload area to accommodate a variety of commodities and increase overall activity. “This new development will mark a significant milestone in the TexAmericas’ service capabilities as we aim to expand transloading in the Texarkana region,” the company said. “This contract extension signifies a continued commitment to providing top tier services at our strategically located industrial site. With this renewed partnership, TexAmericas Center and Spring Creek Holdings will significantly boost regional transportation capabilities and play a vital role in the movement of essential commodities.”

TexAmericas Center it is “the only transload hub within a 80-100 mile radius and serves as a critical transportation hub for regional and national supply chains. Our rail system, managed directly on-site, provides unmatched capabilities for transload providers, offering a seamless integration of railcars and trucking services for the loading and unloading of goods. Union Pacific

Union Pacific serves TexAmericas Center, one of its industrial development Focus Sites. “One of the largest rural industrial centers in the Americas, TexAmericas Center brings together an unmatched land resource of nearly 12,000 acres and three million square feet of office, manufacturing, warehouse and storage space,” UP notes. Located just west of Texarkana, Tex., on the railroad’s Bonham Industrial Lead (Little Rock Subdivision), it “offers rail and interstate transportation (I-30 and U.S. 82), abundant natural and human resources, adaptable infrastructure and a climate and culture that understands, appreciates and encourages business growth.” TexAmericas Center also connects with UP’s Pine Bluff Subdivision. CPKC’s Shreveport Subdivision is accessible, as well, as it connects with both of UP’s subdivisions in the Texarkana region.
