DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for Railroad Day on Capitol Hill\, the railroad industry’s annual advocacy event that will take place on May 8 in Washington\, D.C. \nThe event will bring together representatives from short lines\, Class I’s\, suppliers\, supporting industry associations and other stakeholders to meet with lawmakers and congressional offices to discuss matters important to railroads. \nThe day’s schedule includes breakfast and materials pickup\, meetings on Capitol Hill and an evening reception. Additional registration is required to sign up for the evening reception. Participants will also be invited to a pre-event training session held via Zoom. Click here to register for the event. \nHost ASLRRA is also welcoming companies interested in sponsoring Railroad Day on Capitol Hill.
