2025 AASHTO Council on Rail Transportation Winter Legislative Meeting

The Council on Rail, key partners, and stakeholders will convene in Washington, D.C. at the AASHTO Council on Rail Winter Legislative Meeting for federal policy updates on a variety of topics. During this meeting, state rail officials will engage with key Federal, Congressional, rail industry partners, Amtrak, rail association partners, and other stakeholders interested in engaging with AASHTO’s rail members. As freight and passenger rail needs at the state and regional level continue to grow and change, this meeting provides an opportunity to engage on the current state of federal rail policy.
