2025 Joint Conference | Rail Research Week

Rail Research Week 2025, organized by Informa Connect and hosted by MxV Rail, is dedicated to advancing rail research and fostering collaboration within the rail industry.

For the first time in history, the International Heavy Haul Association Conference (IHHA 2025) and the World Congress on Railway Research (WCRR 2025) will run concurrently at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs in 2025. Addressing the 2025 theme, Inspiring innovative and resilient railways, this unique and historic joint conference experience will be celebrated under the Rail Research Week event banner.

Researchers, practitioners, and industry experts from around the globe are invited to submit their abstracts and share their cutting-edge work with a diverse audience of professionals.
